Toilet Installation and Repair in Northwest Ithaca: FAQs
How long does a toilet replacement take?
A straightforward replacement in Northwest Ithaca, NY usually takes one to two hours. Replacements involving flange work or subfloor issues run longer.
Can I supply my own toilet?
Yes. Many customers buy the fixture and have us install. Send the model in advance so we can verify any quirks.
Will you tell me honestly if I should repair or replace?
Yes — that's the point of the diagnostic. We document both options when the call is close.
What if my toilet keeps clogging?
The cause could be the fixture, the trap arm, or a downstream drain issue. We diagnose where the clog is forming.
Do you do same-day toilet installs?
Often yes — depends on the schedule that day in Northwest Ithaca. Call early to check availability.
What "Cheap" Toilet Repair Actually Costs Over Time
The appeal of a cheap toilet repair is obvious... Cheap is only cheap if the problem stays fixed. If the problem comes back, cheap becomes expensive, just in installments.
